minutes walk to beaches, shops, tennis courts, golf courses and
great restaurants. The property can accommodate from 2 to 17
guests. In conjunction with An Ocean Vista (see above) considerably
large groups can be catered for. Ideal for couples, groups or
families. Perfect for relaxed conferencing, clubs or sporting
groups to holiday together. more

The Beach
House consists of 6 bedrooms, two bathrooms and
sleeps 15 people maximum. Upstairs has three large bedrooms and
a large bathroom with corner spa. Downstairs has two living areas.
The main lounge has a TV with DVD with surround sound. The second
living area has a TV with DVD, video and playstation 1, plus combined
kitchenette / laundry. The large kitchen, including dishwasher
and dining seats 9 people. Three bedrooms downstairs with bathroom
and seperate toilet. The private courtyard out back with outdoor
setting seats 8 people. The property is located in a quiet court
with access to a reserve. It is three minute walk to famous surf
shop outlets, 10 to 15 minutes walk to Fishermans Beach and 15
minutes walk to the town centre.
